During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the various amenities offered in the room, including a nice ensuite bathroom and comfortable furnishings. the location provided beautiful scenery and allowed for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service.
The restaurant and food options were closed during my stay, which was not communicated beforehand. This left me stranded in a devoid-of-any-options location with no access to food or drink.
